Many years ago I personally benefitted from learning about my personality type through color coding, but recently when I was struggling with a relationship with one of my children I wondered if color code counseling would help. Lanelle worked with my daughter and me for three sessions and that was all that we needed. Lanelle was wonderful at helping both of us see each others strengths and weaknesses. That way we could switch from a place of blame to a place of appreciate and understanding. She also encouraged us to work on our own weaknesses to help the relationship. Lanelle is great to work with and understands personalities and relationships in a way that she was able to bring many insights into our sessions. My daughter and I are very close now and it has been almost two years. This would not have happened if I had not had these sessions with Lanelle. I highly recommend Lanelle for any struggling relationships!

The color code information presented was incredibly useful.  We were given techniques not only to work on our own strengths and weaknesses, but to quickly and practically determine another person’s “color” or underlying personality characteristics, which all of my staff agrees will make it easier to communicate with our clients and customers in a productive way.  I also think this is an invaluable tool for new employee selection, and plan to incorporate it into my interviewing process.  Overall, time and money very well spent.
